Mr. Stephen P.H. Chan - Deputy Chairman Stephen was the Managing Director for Exel, East Asia prior to joining SC Fulfil. He played the major role in operation and management of the Groups' companies, including organizational issues, business developments, standards/ procedures, IT strategies and implementation. He was also responsible for the P&L of the East Asia Region which incorporates China, Hong Kong (including Macau), Taiwan and the Philippines. With his management, the company has grown 4-5 times in terms of business turnover and number of staff in 10 years. Stephen also actively involved in several merge & acquisition events. Some of them were integrations of MSAS/FEI and Airlink to form a Mega Station in Hong Kong, and integration of MSAS and Exel to form the new Exel. Prior that Stephen has been working for Cathay Pacific Airways for 20 years. And he was the General Manager for Hong Kong & China region. Outside his work, Stephen held a number of Committee Chairman positions, including Airline Operations Committee, Board of Airline Representative, Advisory Committee on Travel Agents etc.
