Dr. Elizabeth Quat - Director Prior to joining SC Fulfil, Dr. Quat is the General Manager of Corporate Development of Road King Infrastructure Limited. Before, she worked with Asia Logistics Technologies Limited as the General Manager of Sales and Marketing, focused in corporate strategic planning, business development, sales and marketing operations, and investors relations. When she was with CCT Telecom Group, she was the Director of Sales and Marketing of HKNet Co. Ltd., and General Manager of CCT Multimedia Limited, where she was responsible for business development, sales and marketing operations of these ventures. During her years of service in HKNet, she made a substantial contribution by successfully developing the Sales and Marketing team that helped to grow the company into the second largest ISP in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Junior Chamber elects Dr. Quat as one of the "Ten Outstanding Young Persons" for the year 2001. The award acknowledges her significant outstanding achievement and contribution to the Hong Kong community. In the same year, The Hong Kong Junior Chamber and The Hong Kong Productivity Council jointly elects Dr. Quat as one of the "Ten Outstanding Young Digi Persons". The award acknowledges her significant contribution to the community via the invention and application of Information Technology (IT). In July 2002, the Hong Kong Jessica Magazine also elects Dr. Quat as one of "The Most Successful Women 2002". Dr. Quat is the President and Co-founder of Internet Professionals Association (iProA) and the Chairman of the e-Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. She is one of the Committee Members of the Hong Kong SAR Logistics Development Council (LogsCouncil) and also an active member of the many HKSAR Government Advisory Committees. Dr. Quat is the Associate Member of the Institute of Commercial Management of UK and holds BBA, MBA and Ph.D. degrees in Management. |
